What is Tmall?

Tmall is China's largest branded online shopping portal. It is the sister site of Taobao which launched in 2003 to become the dominating destination for online shopping destination for Chinese consumers.

At Tmall, you can find various branded stores operated by the brands themselves such as Adidas, Nike, Xiaomi and more.

*Cashback % differs based on product purchased. We will return the whole commission as specified by Tmall as Cashback. Purchases with Visa will get an additional Cashback.

*50% is based on our historical highest rate awarded (Tmall claims to have 90% commission but we have not seen any transaction awarded on 90% yet)

Terms & Conditions for Tmall Cashback

• Only items found in https://ai.taobao.com are eligible for cashback.
• Purchases made on the Tmall app do not qualify for cashback.
• Cashback is eligible only on the purchase price of items. Shipping costs, service fees, returns, exchanges and cancellations will not be awarded cashback.
• Only Tmall orders paid online will get cashback. Cash on delivery will not be awarded cashback.
• Only Tmall orders made from outside of mainland China are eligible for cashback.
• Shopping cart must be empty before you start your shopping trip from MilkADeal.com for Tmall orders to be eligible for cashback.
• Opening new/multiple tabs before making the purchase will not be eligible for cashback from Tmall.
• Users who opens Tmall's newsletter just before making the purchase will not be eligible for cashback from Tmall.
• Users with Pop-up & Ad blockers installed/enabled on their browser will not be eligible for cashback from Tmall.
• Gift card purchases do not qualify for cashback.
• Returns, exchanges and cancellations will not be awarded with cashback.
• The use of any discount/promo/voucher codes other than those published on MilkADeal may result in your cashback being voided.
• Cashback is calculated excluding all taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promo code applied, credits utilised, service charges, points redemption etc.
• In the unlikely event your payment made failed at the merchant page, return to MilkADeal and re-do your purchase to ensure proper tracking.
