One of the problems K-beauty fans face is the many counterfeit products locally. Althea Korea guarantees all their products to be 100% authentic. If the product you received is confirmed non-authentic, Althea will honor returns right away and even pay you back 200% of your purchase value as refund. This is a pretty bold claim which they are able to give.

Althea hand picks and purchase every single items either directly from the brand owners in Korea or through reputable suppliers. During the purchase process, there is a 5 point quality assurance check on all products. Their return policy is for 30 days so there is ample time if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you find any products which is priced lower elsewhere, tell Althea and they will price match it right away for you. There are some simple terms to this:

• The items must be identical and have the same date of purchase
• Althea must be able to verify the offer (i.e. written quote)
• Does not include postage or delivery fees (meaning if an item is priced at RM1 but delivery fee is RM50 then it obviously isn't fair)
• Exclude trade quotations, stock clearances and commercial quantities.
• The offer to price match an item is not a guarantee they will price match the item. (This means they will do their best, but if they can't then they won't hold you back from purchasing elsewhere)
• Claim must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase

The final delivery partner who will send your orders to you may be either Poslaju, Skynet or Gdex.

As it is shipped internationally, please allow 10-15 days for orders to reach you from the moment you place your orders. There may be occasional delays during peak periods but Althea will do their best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
